General information
These terms and conditions govern the use of the Wellness Florence website and the wellness services offered by Wellness Florence. Use of the website and booking of services imply full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Information contained on the website
The information, content, service descriptions, rates and any other material published on this website are provided for informational purposes only. Wellness Florence reserves the right to modify, update, add to or remove the content on the website at any time and without prior notice. While Wellness Florence is committed to keeping the information up to date and accurate, it does not guarantee the absence of errors, omissions or inaccuracies. Under no circumstances shall Wellness Florence be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, reliance on the information contained therein or the inability to access its content, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by Wellness Florence. - Nature of the services offered
Wellness Florence offers services aimed exclusively at well-being, relaxation and improving personal comfort. The treatments offered do not constitute healthcare, medical, physiotherapy, osteopathic, rehabilitation or therapeutic services and do not in any way replace the advice, diagnosis or treatment of qualified healthcare professionals. The client is required to inform Wellness Florence in advance of any physical, medical or particular condition that may affect the requested treatment, including, by way of example and without limitation: acute or chronic conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, trauma, allergies, drug therapies and any other relevant condition. Wellness Florence shall not be held liable for any consequences, reactions or issues arising from conditions not disclosed by the client at the time of booking or before the start of the treatment. In the presence of medical conditions, pregnancy, trauma or particular health conditions, the client is required to consult their doctor before booking the service. - Bookings
Bookings may be made through the website, by phone, WhatsApp, email or any other channels indicated by Wellness Florence. A booking is considered confirmed only after acceptance by Wellness Florence. Wellness Florence reserves the right to refuse or modify a booking for organisational reasons or due to force majeure.
For bookings requiring the payment of a deposit pursuant to article 5 below, the requested date and time are considered provisional and are not guaranteed until the deposit has been effectively paid. Until that time, Wellness Florence may accept other requests for the same day or time. The slot is definitively secured only upon receipt of the deposit payment. - Prices and payments
The prices published on the website are expressed in euros. Unless otherwise indicated, payment is made directly on site at the place where the treatment is carried out.
For specific services, packages, events, multiple treatments or appointments requiring dedicated planning, Wellness Florence may request a deposit equal to 20% of the total booking value, which may also be paid via a secure payment link sent privately by the owner. The deposit paid serves to secure the date, as provided for in article 4, and is non-refundable in all cases. The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours before the start of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed and communicated by Wellness Florence.
Wellness Florence does not collect or store the client’s payment card details: such data is managed exclusively by the third-party payment service provider used for any payment link. - Cancellation policy
The client may cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, provided that no deposit has been paid and that any full payment has been made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. For bookings subject to a deposit, the 20% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the notice given for the cancellation. In the event of cancellation within 24 hours before the appointment, any amount already paid will not be refunded. In the event of a no-show by the client, the service shall be considered fully due.
The client is informed that, since these are services to be provided on a specifically agreed date and time, pursuant to Article 59, letter a), of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005), the right of withdrawal referred to in Articles 52 et seq. of the same Code, generally provided for distance contracts, does not apply. Therefore, bookings made via the website, phone, WhatsApp or email are subject exclusively to the cancellation conditions set out in this article. - Delays
Wellness Florence reserves the right to provide the service with a maximum delay of 15 minutes from the agreed time, without this entitling the client to any price reduction or compensation claim. If the client is not available at the agreed time, the delay will be deducted from the duration of the booked treatment. In the event of a delay of more than 30 minutes by the client, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and the relevant conditions set out in this cancellation policy will apply. - Access and conditions of the treatment location
The client undertakes to ensure that the location where the treatment will be carried out is suitable, safe, clean and allows the practitioner to provide the service under appropriate conditions. If the location does not meet conditions considered suitable or safe, Wellness Florence may refuse or interrupt the treatment without any obligation to provide a refund. - Inappropriate behaviour
Wellness Florence operates exclusively in the field of professional wellness and personal relaxation. Any behaviour by the client that is offensive, intimidating, discriminatory, aggressive, harassing or otherwise incompatible with the professional nature of the service will result in the immediate interruption of the treatment. In such circumstances, the practitioner may interrupt the service without prior notice, no refund will be due for any amounts already paid, and Wellness Florence reserves the right to refuse future bookings from the same client. Requests, behaviours or allusions of a sexual nature, or otherwise unrelated to the wellness services offered, are expressly prohibited. - Intellectual property
All content on the website, including texts, images, trademarks and graphic materials, is the property of Wellness Florence or the respective rights holders and may not be used without authorisation. - Privacy
Personal data is processed in compliance with current legislation and in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website. - Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Florence, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions of law.
